When it comes to our health, it is amazing what we start to consider normal. I, myself, had grown accustomed to years of digestive issues, months of inadequate sleep, and little-to-no energy leaving me feeling depleted at the end of each day. One day, I was simply tired of being tired. I knew I had to make a change in order to be free of the physical, mental, and emotional stress my body was under. I found myself wondering, how do I heal in a way that honors God and my health? I wasn’t looking for a quick fix and wanted to get to the root of my issues, so I began focusing on utilizing food as my medicine and changed my habits. And guess what? Things began to change. My gut was healing, I was sleeping through the night and the 3pm nap I considered to be a necessity, was now a thing of the past.
Throughout my journey, something became very clear to me - so many women are living in bodies they no longer trust. They’re managing symptoms, second-guessing food, and quietly wondering if this is just how it’s going to be.
I believe it doesn’t have to be that way. My work is about helping women slow down, make sense of what their body is asking for, and rebuild a sense of safety and consistency - without extreme protocols or symptom-masking solutions.
I help lay the foundation for digestive health in a way that feels steady, supportive, and sustainable, so you can stop obsessing over your gut and start living your life again with confidence.

The Foundations Program
A 4-Month Functional Nutrition Program
The way we work together is very intentional and personalized. We start by really slowing things down and looking at your full picture - your history, symptoms, stress, food patterns - so you feel seen and understood, not rushed or dismissed.
From there, I help you make sense of what your body has been trying to tell you, so the confusion and guesswork start to lift. Once we have that clarity, we focus on calming and stabilizing your digestion with changes that actually fit your life, not extreme rules.
As things settle, we work on rebuilding trust with food and your body so you’re not constantly reacting or second-guessing yourself.
By the end of our time together, the goal is that you don’t feel dependent on me - you understand your body, you know how to respond when something feels off, and you feel confident maintaining your results long-term.
